Thank you for shopping with Crunchismo! We take great pride in delivering fresh, premium-quality breakfast cereals. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict but fair Return and Refund Policy outlined below.
1. No Return Policy
As a policy, we do not accept returns on any food products once they are delivered. This ensures product hygiene, safety, and quality for all our customers.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
While we follow strict quality control, if you receive:
- A damaged package
- A defective or spoiled product
- An incorrect item
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To raise a complaint, please:

- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product
- The product was damaged in transit
- The product is expired or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery
Once we verify the claim, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, email us at Care@crunchismo.com with your order number as soon as possible.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality
- Taste preferences or personal dislikes
- Delays due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Unclaimed deliveries
