• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
• Crunchismo is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or any third-party logistics provider.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
• If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Care@crunchismo.com with photos and order details.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Payments

• We accept payments via secure gateways including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• All transactions are processed securely and encrypted through trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card information.
