We currently ship across pan India to all major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes via our trusted courier partners.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
• Orders below ₹499 may attract a nominal shipping fee, shown at checkout
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional fee, based on location and availability

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

4. Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other locations: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track orders under the “My Orders” section of your Crunchismo account.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

• Marked as delivered but not received
• Delayed beyond expected date
• Received in tampered/damaged condition

7. Address & Delivery Instructions

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

• You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before it is shipped—whichever is earlier
• Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified

2. How to Cancel

• Email Care@crunchismo.com or use the “Contact Us” form on our website
• Include your Order ID and reason for cancellation
• Our support team will confirm and proceed if within the valid window

3. Refund on Cancelled Orders

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
• COD orders: No refund required as payment wasn’t collected

4. Auto-Cancellation by Crunchismo

We reserve the right to cancel orders in these cases:

• Product out of stock
• Incomplete or invalid shipping details
• Suspected fraud
• Unserviceable pin code

Any amount paid will be fully refunded within 7–10 business days.

5. No Cancellations After Shipping
